PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Alpinia Speciosa tea whose raw material is stably harvested in comparison to its seeds because of having little limitation in its harvest season, produced in a short period of time without depending on weather. SOLUTION: The Alpinia Speciosa tea is produced through the following process: harvesting fresh leaves of Alpinia Speciosa; washing the harvested leaves; draining the leaves; and finely cutting the drained leaves so as to have the width of 2-3 mm respectively; wrapping 40-80 g of the fine pieces of the cut leaves with a sheet of Alpinia Speciosa paper formed into a sheet using fibers obtained from Alpinia Speciosa leaves; putting the leaf fine pieces wrapped with the Alpinia Speciosa paper into a microwave furnace (such as a microwave oven); subjecting the leaves to dielectric heating for 3.5 minutes so as to forcedly dry the leaves rapidly while making the Alpinia Speciosa paper absorb water at the inside of the leaves, wherein drying by dielectric heating results in easily maintaining plant pigment in comparison to sun dry; taking out the fine pieces of dried leaves from the Alpinia Speciosa paper; roasting the leaves in a pot, wherein greenery smell peculiar to the Alpinia Speciosa leaves is eliminated by the roasting treatment so as to be easy to drink; and sealing the Alpinia Speciosa tea obtained by roasting into a tea bag or a can for packaging.
