The objective of the present invention is to provide a particle beam transport system which contributes to limiting the construction period and cost of a particle beam treatment facility provided with a plurality of treatment rooms each accommodating a particle beam irradiation device.This particle beam transport system 10 is characterized in being provided with: a main line 21 which transports to the outside a particle beam generated by an accelerator； branch lines 22 which branch from the main line 21； and irradiation devices 30 (30a to 30d) which are provided at the ends of the branch lines 22 and which irradiate patients with particle beams； and in that part or all of the main line 21 and the branch lines 22 consist of a plurality of segments 20, and the beam characteristics of the particle beams at both ends of each segment 20 are the same.La présente invention vise à fournir un système de transport de faisceau de particules, qui contribue à limiter la durée et le coût de construction d'une installation de traitement par faisceau de particules ayant une pluralité de salles de traitement, chacune logeant un dispositif de rayonnement par faisceau de particules.
