The invention relates to a solid-state fermentation method for producing liquid-state culture of mushrooms. Paper fibers with the characteristics of ease of obtainment and sterilization are used as the solid-state culture medium for producing liquid-state culture of mushroom to provide the required nutritional content for the growth of liquid-state culture of mushrooms. Furthermore, the incidence that the inoculation tool is blocked by the solid-state culture medium when the liquid-state culture of mushrooms is inoculated can be lowered since the paper fibers are short fibers. Accordingly, it can improve the consistency of the culture inoculation to increase the success rate of cultivation of mushrooms and reduce the possibility that the mushrooms are polluted.本發明係有關於一種以固態發酵生產菇類液態菌種之方法,係以具有取得方便、便於殺菌之特性的紙纖維作為生產菇類液態菌種的固態培養基質,以提供該菇類液態菌種生長所需之營養成分;此外,因為該紙纖維為短纖維,故可降低接種該菇類液態菌種時該固態培養基質阻塞接種工具的發生率;藉此可提高菌種接種一致性以增加菇類種植的成功率並降低菇類受汙染的可能性。無
