A locking plate is presented for improving the problems caused by the high rigidity of prior locking plate. This locking plate has a proximal portion communicates with a distal portion. The proximal portion faces to the distal portion in a thickness direction. The proximal portion and the distal portion have a maximum thickness in the thickness direction. There are several blinding holes at the outer surface of the proximal portion. The depth of each blinding hole is 10~50% of the maximum thickness.
