PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth-cleaning composition packaged in a container that inhibits a non-cationic bactericide from adsorbing on the container, allows the non-cationic bactericide to produce effects in the oral cavity when used, and gives a good feeling of use.
SOLUTION: The tooth-cleaning composition packaged in a container comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 0.001-2 mass% of the non-cationic bactericide (B) 55-80 mass% of a sugar alcohol and (C) 0.1-20 mass% of water, with the ratio of erythritol in the sugar alcohol of at least 60 mass%, and is packaged in a container at least the innermost layer of which is composed of a synthetic resin.
