(A) 0.01-0.5 mass% of a non-polymer catechin (B) a total of 0.0001-0.1 mass% of one of more aliphatic alcohols selected from among 1-propanol, isopropanol, 1-butanol, isobutanol, amyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, 1,2-propane diol, 1,3-butanediol, neopentyl glycol and glycerin, and (C) theanine. The mass ratio [(B)/(C)] of component (B) to component (C) is 0.05 to 80, and the pH is 2 to 6.7.
