PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a sufficient amount of sugar for recovering glycogen consumed in the body via a beverage while suppressing a vomiting feeling.SOLUTION: Provided is a packed carbon acid beverage containing sugar of 20 g or more per 100 ml of the carbon acid beverage, and in which the gas volume of the carbon acid beverage is 3.0 or more.
