PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an injection needle which does not require operation, structure required for the same, and an attachment for a medical waste container.SOLUTION: A method for removing a needle unit 27 together with a cover 20 includes: to release a screwed state of a needle unit 27 into a body case 30 by rotating the body case 30 of an injection syringe 3 while a bottomed cylindrical part 22 of the cover 20 is pushed into a first part 41 of a long hole 40 formed on an attachment 4 of a container 1 to subsequently move the cover 20 together with the body case 30 from the first part 41 of the long hole 40 to a second part 42 along the long hole 40 and to drop the needle unit 27 stuck on the side of the body case 30 together with the cover 20 to the inside of the container 1 by pulling the body case 30 upward in an axial direction S while a large-diameter part 21 of the cover 20 engages the second part 42 in the axial direction S of a needle 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は操作の必要がない注射針の取り外し方法、そのために必要な構造、ならびに、医療廃棄用の容器のアタッチメントを提供することである。【解決手段】針ユニット27をカバー20と共に取り外す方法であって、容器1のアタッチメント4に形成された長孔40の第1部41にカバー20の有底筒部22を押し込んだ状態で注射器3の本体ケース30を回転させて、本体ケース30に針ユニット27がネジ込まれているのを解除し、その後、本体ケース30と共にカバー20を長孔40に沿って長孔40の第1部41から第2部42に移動させ、カバー20の径大部21が第2部42に前記針25の軸線方向Sに係合している状態で、前記本体ケース30を前記軸線方向Sの上方に向かって引き上げることで、本体ケース30側に刺さっていた針ユニット27をカバー20と共に容器1内に落下させる。【選択図】図8
