PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used injection needle recovery container further improving usability by working out various devices other than pulling out and recovering an injection needle, and particularly, fully taking account of the hygiene and safety in disposal.SOLUTION: This used injection needle recovery container includes a container section 1, and a needle separation section 11 removably fitted to the container section 1. The needle separation section 11 includes: a separation section body 12 that has a needle separation means 14 for pulling out the injection needle from a syringe, and a slot 17 for dropping the syringe from which the injection needle is removed and a lid 13 connected to the separation section body 12 with a hinge.
