PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticide composition low in burden on trees and excellent in injection workability despite being high in insecticidal effect, and to provide an insecticidal method using the same.SOLUTION: The insecticide composition comprises: based on the whole mass, 5,000-250,000 ppm of an insecticidal component 10-99.8 mass% of a lower alcohol and 0.1-10 mass% of a silicone-based surfactant.
