PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Raffaelea quercivora antiproliferative agent capable of shortening its own injection time while maintaining its own high chemical efficacy and injection successfulness to enable its own excellent liquid injection workability, and to provide a method for preventing Japanese oak from withering using the same.SOLUTION: The Raffaelea quercivora antiproliferative agent comprises: based on the whole mass, 1,000-250,000 ppm of an antifungal component having antifungal activity against Raffaelea quercivora 10-99.8 mass% of a lower alcohol and 0.1-10 mass% of a silicone-based surfactant.
