The invention relates to a process for making a bioactive coating of hydroxyapatite Ca(PO)(OH) - HA on the surface of a new Ti - 20Nb - 10 Zr - 5Ta bio-alloy, by deposition reaction in green solution, in order to improve the resistance to corrosion, the bio-activity and to shorten the osteoinduction and osteointegration duration. According to the invention, the process has the following stages: grinding the alloy with glass-paper up to a mirror surface, washing for 1 min with ultra-pure water, drying by tamponing with filter paper for 1 min, ultrasonic degreasing in acetone for 15 min, drying for 1 min, ultrasonic washing for 15 min in ultra-pure water, drying for 1 min, pickling in solution for 10 min, washing for 1 min in water and ultra-pure water, drying for 1 min, mounting the bio-alloy in the reaction tank by suspending the same with a support made of inert material of polytetraflouroethylene, immersing the alloy for 4 hours in a pure green chemical solution made of equal quantities of CaClHO solution with 0.7348 g/l and NaPO.12HO solution with 1.8997 g/l in admixture with NaHCOwith 3.02396 g/l, the solution having the pH adjusted with HEPES solution within the range of 7.2...7.4, drying in the environment for 24 hours and conditioning for 24 hours in a controlled atmosphere having a humidity of 65%, all the stages of the process being carried out at a temperature of 23°C.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei acoperiri bioactive de hidroxiapatită Ca(PO)(OH)-HA pe suprafaţa unui nou bioaliaj Ti - 20Nb - 10Zr - 5Ta, prin reacţie de depunere în soluţie verde, în scopul îmbunătăţirii rezistenţei la coroziune, a bioactivităţii şi a scurtării duratei de osteoinducţie şi osteointegrare. Procedeul conform invenţiei are următoarele etape: şlefuirea aliajului cu hârtie abrazivă până la suprafaţa oglindă, spălare timp de 1 min cu apă ultrapură, uscare prin tamponare timp de 1 min cu hârtie de filtru, degresare ultrasonică în acetonă timp de 15 min, uscare
