PURPOSE: A patient bed equipped with an excrement disposing unit is provided to effectively dispose the excrements of patients by easily approaching the patients to the excrement disposing apparatus.CONSTITUTION: A patient bed includes a bed part(1), an operating part(10), a fixed part(2), a lifting unit(30), an excrement disposing unit(40), and a washing unit(50). The opening part is divided into a supporting part, a back side operating part, and a downwardly moving part. The lifting unit downwardly opens the back side operating part and the downwardly moving part about an upper hinge. The excrement disposing unit has an introducing cover which surrounds the anus and the genital organ of a patient.
