PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device control system and a medical device control server which can smoothly provide required data and perform required operation.SOLUTION: A server comprises: a load reception unit which receives a device load state value from a medical device and acquires a network load state value from a network and a server control unit which acquires a feasibility value corresponding to the device load state value by comparing the device load state value received by the load reception unit and a device load state value of device load information, and also performs determination processing which determines that it is possible to perform required processing and transmits an acquisition request to the medical device when the acquired feasibility value and a network feasibility value satisfy predetermined conditions, then acquires the required data.
