Disclosed are a device and a method for capturing a medical image, which can constantly maintain quality of the medical image by preventing a test condition on the same patient from being changed according to a tester. The device for capturing a medical image comprises: a transmission part transmitting medical image data with respect to at least one patient including a first patient to a first server, and transmitting a plurality of test condition information individually extracted from the medical image data to a second server； a reception part receiving the test condition information with respect to the first patient to be currently tested from the second server； and a capturing part obtaining the medical image data with respect to the first patient in a patient customized manner by capturing the medical image by applying the test condition corresponding to the first patient based on the received test condition information with respect to the first patient.검사자에 따라 동일 환자임에도 불구하고 검사 조건이 달라지는 것을 방지하여 의료 영상의 질을 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 의료 영상 촬영 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 의료 영상 촬영 장치는 제 1 환자를 포함하는 한 명 이상의 환자들에 대한 의료 영상 데이터들을 제 1 서버로 송신하고, 의료 영상 데이터들로부터 각각 추출된 복수의 검사 조건 정보들을 제 2 서버로 송신하는 송신부와, 제 2 서버로부터 현재 검사 대상인 제 1 환자에 대한 검사 조건 정보를 수신하는 수신부 및 수신한 제 1 환자에 대한 검사 조건 정보를 기반으로, 상기 제 1 환자에 상응하는 검사 조건을 적용하여 의료 영상을 촬영함으로써, 환자 맞춤형으로 제 1 환자에 대한 의료 영상 데이터를 획득하는 촬영부를 포함할 수 있다.
