PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system and an image diagnostic device for interpreting a medical image of a client, using a thin client server.SOLUTION: The medical image processing system includes an image diagnostic device and a plurality of client servers, which are interconnected by a network. The image diagnostic device includes: a division position setting part that sets a position for dividing a subject into a plurality of sections a reconfiguration part that reconfigures medical image date of the subject an image dividing part that divides the reconfigured medical image into multiple pieces of medical image data for each of the plurality of sections an image selection part that selects medical image data for a predetermined section from the multiple pieces of medical image data for each of the plurality of sections and a first communication part that transmits the medical image data for the predetermined section to a predetermined client server corresponding to the predetermined section.
