PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an audit about each powder after dispensing at a stage before mixing of a plurality of powders, in dispensing processing.SOLUTION: A powder dispensing device includes a powder container rack 10, a powder container carrying mechanism 16, a dispensing part 24, an audit container rack 25, and an audit container carrying mechanism 30. In the dispensing part 24, a driving force is transferred to a powder container 12A, and a powder is dispensed to an audit container 26A therefrom. The plurality of audit containers after dispensing are returned to the audit container rack 25.
