The container is attachable to the housing (104, 205) including the distribution openings (132, 208). The dispensing mechanism is configured to dispense at least one tablet from the container to the dispensing opening. The ramp is configured to direct the at least one pellet to a dispensing mechanism. The verification mechanism is disposed around the housing. The validation mechanisms 166 and 262 are configured to activate the distribution mechanism.
