PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject laminate capable of efficiently providing a slice in which a nucleic acid is optionally, accurately and two-dimensionally arranged at a high density with good reproducibility and useful for the analysis, and the like, of nucleic acids in a specimen by laminating each nucleic acid- immobilized film in which the nucleic acid is immobilized. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by coating a film such as a nylon film with an aqueous solution of an oligonucleotide A having amino group at the 5'-terminal, drying the coated solution in air, then baking the dried film at 80 deg.C for 1 h, providing the film having a nucleic acid comprising the oligonucleotide A and immobilized thereon, subsequently coating the unimmobilized surface of the film in which the oligonucleotide A is immobilized with a solution of polyvinyl acetate in ethyl acetate, drying the coated solution, then bonding the unimmobilized surface thereof to an immobilized surface of an oligonucleotide B-immobilized film prepared by a method similar to that of the oligonucleotide A-immobilized film, subsequently repeating the operations and providing the laminate of the nucleic acid-immobilized films. The slice of the nucleic acid-immobilized films is obtained by cutting the laminate in the thickness direction of the films.
