The disclosed jointed arm comprises: a plurality of rods connected continuously by at least one rod connection joint handpieces connecting with one of the rods by at least one handpiece connection joint at least one rod connection joint at least one handpiece connection joint and a light projection unit bonded to one of the handpieces and projecting guiding light to be irradiated to the working spot where the handpiece is used. The guiding light projection unit comprises: a light source projecting guiding light a light source bracket to which the light source is inserted and a light source bracket supporting member adhering to and supporting the light source bracket.
