PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which has increased pressure resistance to supply pressure of fluid and is applied to various applications.SOLUTION: The actuator 1 includes a base member 2, and an inner film member 3 and an outer film member 4 which are attached to the base member 2 by being bound with a thread 5. The inner film member 3 is attached to the base member 2 so as to swell when fluid is supplied. The outer film member 4 has fastening force to suppress swelling of the inner film member 3 and is attached to the base member 2 to have a surface area which is not more than a surface area when the inner film member 3 swells alone to the maximum. Thereby swelling of the inner film member 3 is suppressed by the outer film member 4 before swelling to the maximum and burst of the inner film member 3 can be prevented. Further the base member 2 facilitates fixing of the actuator 1 and a moving direction of the actuator 1 is restricted to one direction from the base member 2, and therefore the actuator becomes easy to be applied to various applications.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】流体の供給圧に対する耐圧性を高めると共に、様々な用途に適用できるアクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】アクチュエータ1は、ベース部材2に内膜部材3および外膜部材4を糸5で縛り付けて取り付けている。内膜部材3は流体供給で膨らむようにベース部材2に取り付けられる。外膜部材4は内膜部材3の膨らみを抑える締付力を有すると共に、内膜部材3が単体で最大限に膨らんだ場合の表面積以下の表面積となるようにベース部材2に取り付けられる。そのため、内膜部材3は最大限に膨らむ前に外膜部材4により膨らみが抑えられ、内膜部材3の破裂は防止される。また、アクチュエータ1は、ベース部材2により固定が容易になると共に、作動する方向がベース部材2からの一方向になるので様々な用途に適用しやすくなる。【選択図】図5
