Honey bee sampling device for sampling bees in the field of agriculture is disclosed. It is very irritating and unsafe to sample honey bees for investigations. So, keeping in view this problem, a bee sampling device has been devised. The device comprises of a chamber (1) closed at the top (2) and open at the bottom (3), a suction tube (6) incised in such a manner to provide the inbuilt netting frame work (7) with plurality of spikes (8), an inlet tube (12), an inlet tube lid (17), preferably a sampling centrifuge tube (24) and a sliding lid (28). The suction tube (6) and inlet tube (12) connected with polyvinyl chloride transparent hoses (10 & 22). By virtue of suction, the target bee forced to drop in the sampling centrifuge tube 24. Finally, sampled honey bees (29) carried for the investigations, preferably in the centrifuge tube or zip lock poly bag or plastic vials.
