The present invention provides a respiratory movement phantom device for image registration. It includes a base which is installed in the upper part of the bed of a medical imaging device and has a horizontal sliding rail on an upper side, a holder part which can slid on the sliding rail of a base and has installation grooves which are separated from each other on the upper side, sample cases which are inserted into each of the installation grooves of the holder, and is filled with reagent, and a moving connection part which is connected to the holder part and allows the holder prat to horizontally reciprocate on the sliding rail of the base. Like this, in the respiratory movement phantom device for image registration, the holder part can move horizontally on the base. A sample case of copying organs which move according to the respiratory movement of a body is installed to the holder part. The holder part can reciprocate horizontally by the moving connection part.
