Disclosed are an inhibitor used to inhibit/disintegrate a biofilm and application thereof. Particularly, provided are a PslG protein and application of code sequence thereof for inhibiting/disintegrating a biofilm. Also provided are the PslG protein-containing composition and article using the PslG protein as an active component to inhibit/disintegrate the biofilm. Experiments show that the PslG protein can effectively inhibit and/or disintegrate the biofilm of the pseudomonas.Linvention concerne un inhibiteur utilisé pour inhiber/désintégrer un biofilm, et lapplication correspondante.
