PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorbing pad having an absorber that prevents deformation along with the movement of underwear and prevents leakage of urine even if a large quantity of urine is released.SOLUTION: In the urine absorbing pad, side sheets 5 are directly or indirectly fixed to the rear side of both sides of the absorber 3 at least in an intermediate part CL in the longitudinal direction of the pad. The both side sheets 5 are turned down to the rear side along lines parallel in the longitudinal direction so as to separate from each other across the lateral center. The surface of each turned-down part on a back sheet 2 side is directly or indirectly fixed to the back sheet 2, while the other part is unfixed to the back sheet 2.
