PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution feeder easily detaching a syringe after finishing the feed of the medical solution to a subject and preventing the leakage of the medical solution from a tube.SOLUTION: This medical solution feeder 110 is provided with a retaining member 122 for retaining a syringe member 210, and a piston drive mechanism 130 having a pushing member or the like for pushing a flange part 221 at the rear end of a piston.
