PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal solution feeder capable of allowing easy detachment of a syringe after the feed of a medicinal solution to a subject is ended and preventing the leakage of the medicinal solution from a tube as well.SOLUTION: The medicinal solution feeder may be a two-cylinder type, and includes a retaining member 122 for retaining a syringe member 210, and a piston drive mechanism 130 having a pushing member or the like for pushing a flange part 221 at the rear end of a piston.
