The present invention relates to a device performing gum massage device by occluding action and usage method thereof, which comprises an extension handle and a gum massage portion. The gums massage portion comprises a fastening plate and two bristle portions. The fastening plate is connected with the extension handle and has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface has two bristle fastening areas and a center partition area located between two bristle fastening areas. The two bristle portions are respectively disposed on two bristle fastening areas. When the gum massage portion is placed inside the oral cavity of a user, the two bristle portions are used to be contacted with the corresponding dental crowns and the second surface is attached onto the oral mucosa of corresponding cheek for employing the two bristle portions to perform gum massage in occluding action.
