The present invention relates to an electric toothbrush, and more particularly to an electric toothbrush including a head part (1) having bristles on a bottom surface of an end thereof, and a body part (2) having a coupling part (21) for inserting and fixing a rear end of the head part (1) at an end thereof, and having a motor (25), a vibrator (26), and a circuit board (27) in the body part thereof to generate vibration in the bristles, wherein an insertion hole (33) is formed such that an end of the head part (1) may be inserted into the insertion hole (33) to be detachable, a plurality of protrusions (31) having a rounded semispherical shape for massaging gums on a side that is opposite to the bristles (11) of the head part (1) are formed, and a gum massaging member (3) having an insertion hole is further provided at a rear end thereof. The gums may be massaged to be maintained firmly because the massage member for massaging the gums may be detachably mounted on the head part, material costs may be reduced and bristle exchange costs may be reduced by simply exchanging only a portion of the head part of the electric toothbrush, at which the bristles are formed, and the states of the healthy gums may be maintained by providing a sterilization lamp on a rear surface of the bristles.본 발명은 전동칫솔에 관한 것으로, 칫솔모(11)를 단부 저면에 구비하는 헤드부(1)와, 상기 헤드부(1)의 후단부를 삽입고정하는 결합부(21)가 단부에 형성된 몸체부(2)를 구비하고, 상기 몸체부에 모터(25)와 진동자(26) 및 회로기판(27)을 내장하여 칫솔모에 진동을 발생하도록 된 전동칫솔에 있어서, 상기 헤드부(1)의 단부에 삽입하여 탈착가능하게 삽입공(33)이 형성되고, 헤드부(1)의 칫솔모(11)와 반대쪽으로 잇몸을 마사지하기 위한 둥근 반구형으로 형성된 다수의 돌출부(31)들이 형성되고, 후단부에 삽입공된 잇몸 마사지구(3)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 잇몸을 마사지하는 마사지구를 전동킷솔 헤드부에 탈착가능하게 부착할 수 있어서 잇몸을 마사지하여 잇몸을 튼튼하게 유지할 수 있는 부가적인 효과가 있으며, 전동칫솔의 헤드부에서 칫솔모가 형성된 부분만을 간편하게 교체할 수 있어서 재료비를 감소시켜 사용자의 치솔모 교체비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 칫솔모의 배면측에 살균램프를 구비하여 잇몸 살균으로 건강한 잇몸 상태를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
