One end of the fragrant grass sheet is formed between the mat plate and the push plate, and the mat plate is installed under the fragrant grass sheet. A protrusion needle is protruded downwardly on the bottom surface of the push plate in order to prevent the fragrant grass sheet from being separated. The connection unit fixes the push plate, the mat plate, and the fragrant grass sheet at once by being fixed to the ground through a connection groove(32) of the center of the push plate.
