According to the present invention, a segmented plate assembly for joining bones comprises: a plurality of unit plates including a plate body having a fixing hole penetrated by a fixing screw, a first female connection unit arranged on a pair of facing sides of the body, and a second female connection unit arranged on another pair of facing sides of the body； a connection member including a connection body and a male connection unit protruding from both sides of the connection body to be inserted into the first or the second female connection unit, and connecting the unit plates by being arranged between the unit plates； and a steel wire to enclose an outer surface while the unit plates and the connection member are connected to apply a force in a direction of tightly attaching the unit plates.
