PURPOSE: A cervical spine brace appliance is provided to control the height of a jaw fixing unit according to the body size of a patient by including a height control unit which interconnecting a basic body unit and the jaw fixing unit so that the height control of the jaw fixing unit is possible for the basic body unit. CONSTITUTION: A cervical spine brace appliance (100) comprises； a basic body unit (110) which surrounds a front side of a neck of a patient； a jaw fixing unit (120) which supports a jaw portion of the patient by being arranged on the upper side of the basic body unit and is combined to the basic body unit； a rear side neck fixing unit (130) which is arranged on the rear side of the basic body unit and supports the rear side of the neck； a height control unit (150) which interconnects the basic body unit and the jaw fixing unit so that the height control of the jaw fixing unit is possible for the basic body unit.본 발명에 따른 경추 보조기는, 환자의 목의 앞부분을 감싸도록 마련되는 기본 몸체부； 상기 기본 몸체부의 위쪽에 배치되어 환자의 턱 부분을 지지하고 상기 기본 몸체부에 결합되는 턱 고정부； 상기 기본 몸체부의 뒤쪽에 배치되어 환자의 목의 뒷부분을 지지하는 뒷목 고정부； 및 상기 턱 고정부가 상기 기본 몸체부에 대해 높이 조절이 가능하도록 상기 기본 몸체부와 상기 턱 고정부를 상호 연결하는 높이조절수단을 포함한다.
