PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument in which a solid roux is comminuted to be fine, comminution is performed with safety and agility, and a remained solid roux can be preserved as it is, and which solves the problems that since a solid roux is hard and hardly melts, is cut by a cutter with a chopping board or the like to be fine to be used, thereby a chopping board becomes dirty, and is performed by color change and a cutter is spoiled, and force is used so much, thereby there is fear that hands are cut.SOLUTION: A solid roux comminution instrument includes: a plate that is provided at an inside part of a lid of a container with a lid rods that extend to be long on the plate and blades that can perform comminution and are attached to ends of the rods, wherein a solid roux is placed in the container and pressing is performed from above the lid to perform comminution. Also, the lid, the comminution instrument, and the container can be separated respectively, the comminution instrument is removed, and a remained solid roux can be preserved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】固形ルーは固く溶けずらく、まな板等で刃物で切って細かくして使うため、まな板が汚れ変色したり、刃物が傷み、力をかなり使い切るため、手を切ったりする恐れもある。本発明は、固形ルーを細かく粉砕し、安全に素早く粉砕出来、余りの固形ルーをそのまま保存出来る器具を提供する。【解決手段】蓋付き容器の蓋の内側部分に、板がありその板に長く伸びた棒があり、棒の先端に粉砕出来る刃が付いていて、固形ルーを容器の中に入れ蓋の上から蓋を押し粉砕する。また、蓋、粉砕器、容器、それぞれ分離出来、粉砕器を外し、余った固形ルーを保存出来る。固形ルー粉砕器である。【選択図】図1
