PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral cavity having high stain removal efficiency with respect to polishing power.SOLUTION: The composition for oral cavity contains fused silica having a BET specific surface area of 0.25 to 8.5 mass% of 10 (m2/g) or less and a tooth polishing agent. The oral cavity composition has high stain removal power with respect to polishing power. That is, the composition for oral cavity exhibits a large (stain removal power/polishing power) value.
