The present invention relates to a structure that makes it difficult to counterfeit, alter and reuse and that facilitates easy observation of the same with the naked eye using adequate light, where the structure comprises: a first metal layer; a pattern layer that is arranged on the first metal layer and that is composed of a plurality of upconversion nano-particles; a second metal layer that is arranged on the pattern layer; a transparent film that is attached so as to seal open surfaces of the first metal layer and the second metal layer including the pattern layer, that is separated by means of an external force and that is liquid-impervious and adhesive; and fluid that is located in a side or an external side of the transparent film, wherein the structure for preventing counterfeiting, alteration and reuse is isolated from the fluid by means of the transparent film.
