PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent early clog of an additive agent collecting filter and lengthen a filter exchange life so as to reduce a maintenance cost.SOLUTION: A germicide solution processing unit 1 is such that a germicide solution is supplied from a circulation tank 5 to a sterilizer 4 after being heated with a heater 6, and the germicide solution after sterilizing an object to be sterilized is collected from the sterilizer 4 through a cooler to the circulation tank 5. Alternatively, the germicide solution processing unit 1 is such that the germicide solution is supplied from the circulation tank 5 to the sterilizer 4 after being heated with the heater 6 through preheating with a heat exchange device 8, and the germicide solution after sterilizing an object to be sterilized is collected from the sterilizer 4 to the circulation tank 5 through preliminary heat release with the heat exchange device 8 and cooling with the cooler. An additive agent collecting filter 1F for collecting an additive agent after sterilization force reinforcement reaction is provided on the upstream of the sterilizer 4 on the downstream of the heater 6, or on the upstream of the heater 6 on the downstream of the heat exchange device 8.
