This invention compared to in detail, while reproducing the specific fragrance of the flower of the green tea by containing trance 4,8 dimethyl 1,3,7 nonatorien or the lilac alcohol which is the artificial synthetic compound in the main component of the fragrance of the flower of the green tea which was analyzed by SPME method or solvent sampling process, regards the perfume composition which possesses the acceptability which is superior in regard to the perfume composition which reproduces the fragrance of the flower of the green tea.本発明は、緑茶の花の香りを再現した香料組成物に関し、より詳細には、SPME法または溶媒抽出法により分析された緑茶の花の香りの主成分に人工合成物質であるトランス-4,8-ジメチル-1,3,7-ノナトリエンまたはライラックアルコールを含有することによって、緑茶の花の固有香りを再現しながら、優れた嗜好性を有する香料組成物に関する。
