The present disclosure is related to a combination of three active ingredients, two of them antibiotics, and the third a proton pump inhibitor, demonstrating advantages over individual activity or in combination with other drugs in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori more specifically, the present invention is a combination of the following active ingredients: levofloxacin, azithromycin and pantoprazole, useful in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori. The other object of the present invention is a combination providing the advantage of a better safety profile and greater dosage convenience in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori with the pantoprazole 80 mg, levofloxacin 500 mg and azithromycin 500 mg triple scheme, every 24 hours for 10 days orally (PLA), compared to the efficacy of the standard triple therapy with lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 1 gram and clarithromycin 500 mg every 12 hours orally (CLA) in subjects with eradication indication of H. pylori virgins in treatment.La presente invención es una combinación de tres principios activos dos de ellos antibióticos y otro inhibidor de la bomba de protones que ha demostrado ventajas respecto de la actividad individual o en combinaciones con otros fármacos en el tratamiento de Helicobacter pylori, más específicamente la presente invención es una combinación de los principios activos levofloxacino, azitromicina y pantoprazol, útil en el tratamiento de Helicobacter pylori. Es otro objetivo de la presente solicitud una combinación que proporcione una ventaja de un mejor perfil de seguridad y mayor comodidad posológica en la erradicación del H. pylori con el esquema triple de pantoprazol 80 mg, levofloxacino 500 mg y azitromicina 500 mg, cada 24 horas por 10 días vía oral (PLA) comparada con la eficacia con la terapia triple estándar con lansoprazol 30 mg, amoxicilina 1 gramo y claritromicina 500 mg cada 12 horas vía oral (CLA) en sujetos con indicación de erradicación de H. pylori vírgenes a tratamiento.
