PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving ability evaluation device, a moving ability evaluation system, a moving ability evaluation program, and a moving ability evaluation method capable of accurately evaluating a moving ability of a subject.SOLUTION: A moving ability evaluation device includes a communication part and a control part. The communication part is configured so as to acquire forward/backward acceleration, lateral acceleration, and upward/downward acceleration when a subject is moving measured by an acceleration sensor mounted on the lumbar part of the subject. The control part is configured so as to evaluate the moving ability of the subject based on a temporal change in the forward/backward acceleration, the lateral acceleration, and the upward/downward acceleration acquired by the communication part.
