The present motor function evaluation device evaluates a motor function of a subject during standing/stepping exercises. The motor function evaluation device comprises a communication unit which is configured to acquire measurement data for anteroposterior acceleration, lateral acceleration and craniocaudal acceleration, said measurement data having been measured by an acceleration sensor attached to the subject, and a control unit which is configured to digitize the standing/stepping exercises on the basis of the measurement data acquired by the communication unit.運動機能評估裝置係評估立位踏步運動時的受驗者的運動機能。運動機能評估裝置係具備有：通訊部，其係構成為取得藉由被裝設在受驗者的加速度感測器所被測定出的前後加速度、左右加速度及上下加速度的測定資料；及控制部，其係構成為根據藉由通訊部所取得的測定資料，將立位踏步運動數值化。
