The arrangement in connection with a gap floor channel (5) in an animal stall has a floor surface component (1), which along its length forms an output air channel (2) and an intermediate, below atmospheric pressure channel (3). This latter channel is connected to the gap floor channel along its lower part by a through continuous gap (4). The below atmospheric pressure channel is connected along its upper part to the output air channel by means of through apertures (6).
