The present invention relates to a support apparatus, a support system, and a support method for assisting a physician in the measurement of intervention hemodynamics (for example, blood flow reserve ratio (FFR)) of a subject. FFR pressure measurements are combined, for example, with angiography-based evaluation of coronary artery blood vessel geometry. Advanced computational fluid dynamics models can be used to add flow and myocardial resistance data based on intervention pressure values and based on vessel models generated prior to intervention. If these data are available prior to intervention, the location of the most optimal location for pressure measurement can be pre-computed, for example during the intervention by overlaying the vessel tree on the X-ray projection.
