PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency by reducing a load on an analyzer in analyzing a plurality of medical images obtained by photographing a tubular structure body.
SOLUTION: Provided is a medical image processor 10, wherein a core line start point determining part 31 extracts core line information of a blood vessel from the medical image in a prescribed time inspection through the use of the core line information of the blood vessel extracted from the medical image in the first inspection, and a restenosis rate measurement range determining part 33 determines a restenosis rate measurement range concerning the blood vessel photographed for the medical image in the prescribed time inspection through the use of the core line information extracted by a core line extracting part 32 and a restenosis rate measurement range which is determined concerning the blood vessel photographed for the medical image in the first inspection.
