PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route creation system that can efficiently create working routes upon making a different working vehicle implement an autonomous work in the same working target area.SOLUTION: A route creation system comprises: a storage unit that stores setting information for implementing an autonomous work by a first working vehicle； and a route creation unit that can create a first working route where the first working vehicle implements the autonomous work on the basis of the setting information stored in the storage unit.
