The cosmetic composition and the mask pack according to the present invention are not water-soluble polymers, and the mask pack is used as an insoluble carrier for immobilization of enzymes, and relates to a technique for immobilizing enzymes in nonwoven fabrics, fibrous cellulose (cotton), hydrogels, biocellulose, and the like. By doing so, the enzyme is stable in the circulation period, and is activated by the skin temperature transfer at the moment it is applied to the skin and acts on the skin, showing a whitening effect or various physiological activity effects.
