PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device of nut trees in which the peeling of the nut trees can be performed by the good yield even if used by a person inexperienced in work, by monitoring and controlling the rotation of a rotor for mounting the nut trees.SOLUTION: A peeling device of nut trees includes: a rotor 1 having a flat plate 12 rotatable mainly on a rotating shaft 11 a blade body 2 projected on the surface of the rotor 1 in a radially inclined manner a cylindrical member 3 for containing rotor 1 a drive unit 4 having a motor 41 for rotating the rotor 1 rotational speed detection means 5 for detecting the rotational speed of the rotor 1 and a control unit C for performing control to stop the motor 41 when the rotational speed detected by the rotational speed detection means 5 exceeds a predetermined upper limit value or does not reach the rotational speed of a lower limit value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】堅果類を載置する回転体の回転を監視及び制御することにより、作業に不慣れな者が使用した場合であっても歩留まり良く堅果類の皮剥きを行うことができる堅果類の皮剥き装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】回転軸11を中心に回転可能な平板12を有する回転体1と、回転体1の表面に放射状に傾斜して突設された刃体2と、回転体1を収容する筒体3と、回転体1を回転させるモータ41を有する駆動装置4と、回転体1の回転数を検知する回転数検知手段5と、回転数検知手段5により検知された回転数が所定の上限値を超える又は下限値の回転数に満たないときにはモータ41を停止するよう制御する制御装置Cと、を備えることを特徴とする堅果類の皮剥き装置により解決することができた。【選択図】図1
