To provide a massage machine capable of performing stretching with an effect being the same as that of stretching on upper arms and shoulders to be obtained by moving the shoulders and arms by a user him/herself.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes: a backrest part where a user leans against； a seat part where a user is seated； a first actuator for reclining the backrest part forward and backward with respect to the seat part； and body support parts arranged on both right and left sides of the backrest part so as to respectively support at least ones of shoulders and upper arms of a user. The body support parts are movable with respect to the backrest part. The machine includes: drive parts for moving the body support parts； and a control part for controlling the drive part.
