The present invention relates to a method of preparing prefabricated cream using freeze-dried fruit powder, which can be stored at room temperature for a relatively long time. The method comprises the steps of: preparing base cream stored in a freezer； acquiring a cream composition by mixing the base cream with fresh cream； and mixing the cream composition with a powdered member obtained by freeze-drying and powdering at least one kind of fruits or at least one kind of vegetables. According to the present invention, the cream is acquired by mixing the base cream, the fresh cream, and the powdered member to each other so that the cream can be easily managed at room temperature for a long time, and rancidity of the cream can be delayed without additives, thereby providing the cream having excellent taste and flavor compared to vegetable-based cream.
