According to the present invention, an ice-cream composition including red ginseng components consists of red ginseng, cocoa powder, dairy -based powder, oil and fat, sugars, and additives, wherein the red ginseng powder is 0.4 to 5.0 wt% and the cocoa powder is 4.0 to 20.0 wt% based on the total composition.
