PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread vinegared rice in an appropriate amount and in appropriate thickness and form over roasted laver, in view of the fact that vinegared rice to be spread over roasted laver in making rolled sushi could make the shape of the rolled sushi worse according to the amount, thickness, shape, or the like of the rice.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.1, an oblong corrugated bottom surface (2) is formed inside a rectangular thin container (1), and oblong handle portions (3), (4) are provided on the right and left outer sides of an upper edge. Vinegared rice is put in the container (1), and as shown in Fig.2, the rice is inverted on roasted laver (5) placed on a bamboo mat (7), so that corrugated vinegared rice (6) of the appropriate amount, thickness and form is easily spread every time as shown in Fig.2. Further, a cucumber, tuna, or the like that serve as the center of the rolled sushi are placed in the grooves of the corrugated form so as to avoid their positions from moving when the vinegared rice is rolled. Further, the entire vinegared rice (6) is easy to roll inward because of the difference in amount of vinegared rice between the inside and the roasted laver side, so rolled sushi of good form is made every time.【課題】 従来、のり巻きを作る場合、焼き海苔の上に広げるすし飯は、その量や厚さ形状等によっては、のり巻きの形状が悪くなることが多々ある。このため本発明は、すし飯を都度適正な量や厚さ形状で焼き海苔の上に広げることができるようにする。【解決手段】 図１に示すよう、長方形薄様容器（１）内に横長の波形底面（２）を形成し、上部縁の左右外側に横長つかみ部（３）（４）を設けるもので、この容器（１）内にすし飯を入れ、図２に示すよう、まきす（７）の上に置いた焼き海苔（５）の上に反転することによって、図２に示すよう、都度適正な量と厚さ形状をした波形すし飯（６）を容易に広げることができ、且つ、波形の溝に、のり巻きの中心となるキュウリや鉄火等を置くことによって、すし飯を巻いたさいにそれらの位置がずれにくく、その上、波形による内側と焼き海苔側とのすし飯量の違い等によって、すし飯（６）全体を内側に巻きやすい等々で、都度形の良い海苔巻を作ることが可能となる。【選択図】図１
